The skinny-brow revival may be alive and well, but anyone who lived through the first go-around knows that getting your brows back can be another story entirely. If yours are still recovering from an overzealous pair of tweezers, Beyoncé’s Cécred may have a solution.
After tackling everything from wash day to thinning edges, the hair-care brand is turning its attention above the eyes with the new Restoring Lash & Brow Builder, a dual-use serum made to help lashes and brows look thicker, denser, longer, and more voluminous.

Not sure where you fall in the Cécred universe? There’s a quiz for that (located below). The brand’s online hair quiz helps shoppers narrow down products based on their concerns, making it a useful first stop if your bathroom shelf is already crowded with serums, oils, and treatments.
Beyoncé launched Cécred in February 2024 after years of development, drawing partly from her childhood spent sweeping hair in her mother Tina Knowles’ Houston salon. The brand debuted with its eight-product Foundation Collection, putting hair strength, moisture, scalp health, and the rituals surrounding hair care at the center of its approach. Since then, Cécred has expanded beyond wash-day staples into styling and more targeted treatments, including its Restoring Hair & Edge Drops.
Turns out, Cécred’s approach to stronger-looking hair doesn’t have to stop at the scalp. The Restoring Lash & Brow Builder uses the same proprietary Biopeptide-5 technology found in the hair and edge drops, but optimized specifically for lashes and brows.
Its five-peptide complex targets visible density and anchorage, while Cécred’s patent-pending Bioactive Keratin Ferment is designed to visibly strengthen hair. Allantoin is also included to hydrate and soothe the surrounding skin.

This prostaglandin-free formula combines five peptides, Bioactive Keratin Ferment, and allantoin to target lash and brow density while helping hydrate the surrounding skin.
Perhaps just as notable is what Cécred left out. The formula contains no prostaglandins or prostaglandin analogues, and it’s dermatologist-, ocular-, and ophthalmologist-tested. It can also be used alongside makeup, lash extensions, lash lifts, brow laminations, microblading, and tinted brows.
As for results, Cécred says lashes and brows appeared 1.4 times thicker and denser after 45 days in a third-party consumer study of 30 participants using the serum twice daily.
So, no, those brows you tweezed into oblivion years ago aren’t necessarily a lost cause.

Cécred The Daily Density Duo
$100
If you’ve been eyeing both of Cécred’s density serums, the math is better as a duo. The set combines the Restoring Hair & Edge Drops and Lash & Brow Builder while saving 14 percent compared with buying them separately.

Cécred Restoring Lash & Brow Builder Trio
$124
Rather than waiting until you hit the bottom of the bottle, this trio gives you three Lash & Brow Builders upfront, with a 14 percent savings built into the set. Each serum targets sparse brows and lashes with Cécred’s five-peptide Biopeptide-5 blend.

How to Use Cécred Restoring Lash & Brow Builder
Adding it to your routine is the easy part. Apply the serum to clean, dry lash lines and brows twice daily, re-dipping the brush between each area, then let it fully dry before moving on to makeup or skin care.
Already have extensions, a lash lift, microblading, tinted brows, or a brow lamination? You can still use it. Just wait 72 hours after your appointment, and for extensions, keep the serum as close to the lash line as possible rather than applying it directly to the extensions.
