Mascara is sooo back, baby! Lancôme’s new Lash Idôle Flutter Extension Lengthening Mascara just shut down the Gen Z–powered no-black-mascara trend, thanks to Olivia Rodrigo’s gorgeously lifted lashes at the 67th Grammy Awards on Feb. 2.
As one of Lancôme’s latest Global Brand Ambassadors, Rodrigo’s makeup routine of the evening, courtesy of makeup artist Melissa Hernandez, included prepping the skin with top-tier products like the Tonique Confort Toner, Hydra Zen Gel Cream, and Fix It and Forget It Setting Spray (currently out of stock); applying foundation, concealer, and powder bronzer from the Idôle line for a smooth and picture-perfect complexion; and making the eyes pop vis-à-vis soft eyeshadow, a precise little cat eye moment, and the standout Lash Idôle Flutter Extension Lengthening Mascara from the brand. That being said, her final look could be considered minimalist — the perfect carte blanche for extreme lashes that were even more memorable than the singer’s cutout-laden Versace gown.
