Will Stewart’s proclamations about the label’s jeans being gift-worthy to the max generate as many headlines as Sweeney’s notorious “has great jeans” ad (you know the one)? Only time will tell. What we do know for certain is that the tastemaker is coming in hot with no shortage of inspiration for denim gifts that are “giving,” in her words: featuring what she calls the “perfect fit,” both size-wise and in regards to fitting the needs of every last person on your list this year, from the mom to the boyfriend.

“I love a rigid denim but never a rigid host,” Stewart offers in a clip, alluding to the fact that American Eagle jeans are something you can, indeed, wear to a holiday dinner party. Throughout the campaign, which was timed to the brand’s major Cyber Week sale, the world-renowned homemaker is seen occupying a wide range of denim-swathed settings replete with denim-inspired objects (think tablescapes treated to denim tablecloths, rooms whose walls are painted in blue to evoke a medium wash, and a formal portrait of Stewart herself, made entirely out of — you guessed it! — denim fabric clippings).
