Tommy Hilfiger has nurtured a lifelong passion for Formula 1. The cars — and especially the uniforms — dazzled the young Hilfiger when the Grand Prix races made their way over to where he grew up in New York State. “I went to one in 1965 and it had me: the excitement, the noise, the fact that it was international — I’d never been to an international event before,” the 75-year-old told WWD for a previous story.

In 2026, he’s still doing what he loves, after getting to work closely with Lewis Hamilton, serving as the official fashion sponsor of “F1: The Movie,” and otherwise embedding himself in the thrilling, prestigious world of motor racing. Just a few days ago, Hilfiger unveiled a limited-edition line of F1 fanwear ahead of the Miami Grand Prix, set to take place next weekend. This, of course, comes on the heels of Hilfiger’s label partnering with Cadillac Formula 1 last June, so expect the T-shirts, tube tops, varsity jackets, and hoodies in the Tommy Hilfiger x F1 Miami release to feature the team’s logo prominently (something that makes them a must-have for F1 devotees and Checo fans alike).

The collection, dubbed “classic cool meets Cadillac chrome,” is out now at usa.tommy.com and Amazon, but shopping at the former won’t guarantee you’ll get the threads by the time your flight leaves for MIA. Instead, we urge all Prime members to take advantage of that free, two-day shipping — grabbing the 100-percent regenerative cotton crewneck shirts (breathable, comfortable, and equipped with a retro-inspired graphic of palm trees, checkered flags, and that unmistakable city skyline at the front); stretchy, cotton jersey tops with a grippy elastic trim; insulated jackets (for when that coastal breeze hits in the evening); and pink-hued sweatshirts that “nod to Miami’s vibrant racing culture,” per WWD senior editor Jean Palmieri, while your size is still in stock.
Once you secure the occasion-specific bestsellers that are sure to turn heads from the Paddock Club to the grandstands, keep your eyes peeled for more Tommy Hilfiger activations trackside.
“Miami is the perfect backdrop to launch our city-inspired capsules,” Hilfiger shared in a statement. That’s right: There will be more, with exclusive apparel collections slated to arrive prior to this year’s Austin and Las Vegas Grand Prix races, too.
Curating a garage full of single-seater sports cars might be slightly out of your budget for now, but becoming a different kind of collector — think clothing, not cars — is easy with Tommy Hilfiger’s motorsport partnership.

$59.90
On Tommy Hilfiger’s site, this shirt is only available in XS, S, and M, but Amazon stocks it in sizes up to an XXL. A soft feel meets premium materials here, and the tee’s cotton has been grown “using farming methods that seek to improve soil health, watersheds, and biodiversity.” A sartorial win for you and a win for the planet.

Tommy Hilfiger x Cadillac F1 Women’s Team Miami Tube Top

Tommy Hilfiger x Cadillac F1 Men’s Team Miami Varsity Jacket
$349.90
Better yet, beat those day-of merch booth crowds and score a Cadillac-coded jacket right on Amazon. This style appears to be the most popular out of the new releases, only selling in an XS at this point, and it’s one of the most expensive as well… but you can’t put a price tag on status.
Price upon publish date of this article: $349.90
Tommy Hilfiger x Cadillac F1 Women’s Team Miami Tank Top
$44.50
Team this slim-fitting tank with some white poplin pants, a color-happy headscarf, and a crisp button-up as all the It-girls have been doing for F1 races past.

Tommy Hilfiger x Cadillac F1 Men’s Team Miami Hoodie
$149.90
Ranging in size from XS to XXL, this heavyweight cotton terry gem claims to “blen[d] classic American cool with modern race-inspired details and the Cadillac F1 Team’s precision.” Based on its slightly slouchy look, impeccable stitching, and sleek motifs, we believe it.
Price upon publish date of this article: $149.90
Tommy Hilfiger x Cadillac F1 Women’s Team Miami Quarter Zip Sweatshirt
$129
Quarter-zips are having a moment, and you can take all that prep straight to Turn 1 with Tommy Hilfiger’s pullover for women. Color-blocked and classic, it’s something that can be worn year-round: long after the drivers leave the podium and the champagne is sprayed.
